Thanks for your kind email notice today. You are SO considerate and sincere... Thank you! The 'funny' thing is... I had just finished reading your email and the Plaque arrived at my door by Courier THAT VERY MOMENT! No signature requested; parcel wrapped securely. The finished product... Design, Appearance, Workmanship, Customer-Care, Delivery... is PERFECT and something we, as a whole family are immensely proud of Marco.. thank you! Ironically, I will be seeing all of my sibs together, this Sunday 5th Mch and I see Gloria.. our mother on Monday 6th Mch. Mum is looking forward to seeing her plaque. We have talked about it with her, for quite a while now, and if she can 'hang in there' for just less than a week now, she will still be alive to see it. Thanks again for, not just your work Marco, but for your sincere 'connection' to what we hoped for as a lasting memorial to our Mother.

I would just like to thank Marco for a great job in organizing a beautiful plaque for me and my family. He took time to listen to exactly what we wanted and showed different ways to set it all out and wasn't happy until I was 100% happy. My plaque arrived yesterday right on time as he said and it is beautiful. When you lose a family member and are going through the grief you just want it right and Marco did that thank you. The plaque you made for me is stunning and first class. I think it must be the best quality possible. The other companies I approached first were cold and disappointing - I felt unimportant, and just part of their income stream. There was no relationship. But your and your team, Marco, are different. I was dealt with on a personal level, and my idiosyncratic idea was embraced.
I love it to bits, and when my wife sees it (on our anniversary) I will be showered with kisses.
